Vivi Bayliss
Facilitation and Workshops
I am an experienced facilitator, and have worked in educational, vocational and community settings.
I believe in learning by doing, actively engaging with process, and working flexibly to ensure that each participant feels able to engage fully. I currently hold facilitator posts with Chipping Norton Theatre, Tudor Hall School, and Cotswold Stage School.
-
Previous educational work: York University, Millfield School, King's Heath Boys.
-
Previous vocational work: Birmingham REP, Oxford Playhouse, Central Youth Theatre.
-
Previous community work: Memory Lanes (Chipping Norton Theatre), Living Room (Live & Local).
I am comfortable working with a wide range of ages and abilities. Whether it's stage school classes at 5 years old, a masterclass for postgraduate students at York University, or reminiscence sessions with care home residents, there's something for everyone.
